Who do I contact for assistance with registration, joining the webinar, or my continuing education certificates?

How do I receive CE credit(s) for attending?

Pre-registration is required to receive CE credit(s). If you do not pre-register, you will not be eligible for credits, or receive the post-presentation survey. In order to receive credit, you must complete the post-presentation survey that will come via email. If you do not receive the post-presentation survey email, please contact us by email at medical.information@freseniusmedicalcare.com. A CE credit certificate will be emailed to you within 3 buisness days of the survey being submitted.

Are CMEs provided?

CMEs for physicians are not provided for these presentations.

What if I can't attend at any of the available times?

On-line, interactive versions of many of these live webinar presentations are available on the Advanced Renal Education Program (AREP) website. If you create an account on the AREP website, you will be able to receive CE credits from the eLearning courses available there.

Will I be able to ask questions during the Webinar?

The presenter will be able to take questions at the end of each presentation. You can submit your questions by entering them in the question box. You can also submit questions on the Medical Information website here.

Do I have to register to attend the Webinar?

Registration is not required to attend; only to receive CE credits. Anyone can attend the Webinar.

What happens if I forgot to pre-register for the presentation?

You have until the end of the day of the presentation to still register for the event in time to get the survey.

When will I receive the survey after attending the presentation?

The survey will be emailed out within one business day of the webinar presentation.

How long does it take to receive my CE Certificate after completing the survey?

Your CE certificate will be emailed to you within three business days of completeing the survey. You will also be able to use the customer portal to access previous CE certificates.
